These Terms & Conditions (β€œTerms”) govern the provision of cleaning services by Omni Professional (β€œwe”, β€œour”, β€œus”) to our clients (β€œyou”, β€œyour”). By booking our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

  • We provide domestic, commercial, tenancy, deep-clean, and specialist cleaning services.

  • A full description of services is available on our website or by enquiry.

  • Services may be tailored to your specific requirements and confirmed in writing before commencement.

2. Bookings & Cancellations

  • Bookings can be made by phone, email, or online.

  • Cancellations must be made with 48 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours may incur a 50% charge.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule in cases of staff illness, emergencies, or unsafe conditions.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Pricing will be confirmed in advance (hourly or fixed rate).

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.

  • Invoices must be paid within 7 days of issue.

  • Late payments may incur interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

4. Access & Safety

  • You must provide safe access to the property at the agreed time.

  • If access is not possible (e.g., no one present, keys not provided), a call-out fee may be charged.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe for staff.

5. Liability & Insurance

  • We are fully insured for public liability and employer’s liability.

  • We will not be held liable for:

    • Pre-existing damage or wear and tear.

    • Items not securely fixed (e.g., loose shelves, fittings).

    • Indirect or consequential losses.

  • Any damages must be reported within 24 hours of the service.

6. Staff Conduct

  • All staff are DBS-checked, trained, and expected to act professionally at all times.

  • You must not directly hire or solicit our staff outside of Omni Professional.

7. Complaints

  • Complaints must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

  • We will investigate and, if appropriate, re-clean the affected area free of charge.

8. Termination

  • Either party may terminate ongoing services with 2 weeks’ notice in writing.

  • Immediate termination may occur if there is a breach of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
