These Terms & Conditions (βTermsβ) govern the provision of cleaning services by Omni Professional (βweβ, βourβ, βusβ) to our clients (βyouβ, βyourβ). By booking our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
We provide domestic, commercial, tenancy, deep-clean, and specialist cleaning services.
A full description of services is available on our website or by enquiry.
Services may be tailored to your specific requirements and confirmed in writing before commencement.
2. Bookings & Cancellations
Bookings can be made by phone, email, or online.
Cancellations must be made with 48 hoursβ notice.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours may incur a 50% charge.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule in cases of staff illness, emergencies, or unsafe conditions.
3. Pricing & Payment
Pricing will be confirmed in advance (hourly or fixed rate).
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.
Invoices must be paid within 7 days of issue.
Late payments may incur interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
4. Access & Safety
You must provide safe access to the property at the agreed time.
If access is not possible (e.g., no one present, keys not provided), a call-out fee may be charged.
We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe for staff.
5. Liability & Insurance
We are fully insured for public liability and employerβs liability.
We will not be held liable for:
Pre-existing damage or wear and tear.
Items not securely fixed (e.g., loose shelves, fittings).
Indirect or consequential losses.
Any damages must be reported within 24 hours of the service.
6. Staff Conduct
All staff are DBS-checked, trained, and expected to act professionally at all times.
You must not directly hire or solicit our staff outside of Omni Professional.
7. Complaints
Complaints must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
We will investigate and, if appropriate, re-clean the affected area free of charge.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate ongoing services with 2 weeksβ notice in writing.
Immediate termination may occur if there is a breach of these Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
